8:00 - 9:00 AM: CARDIO STRETCH WITH EVA - THIS CLASS CONTAINS 30 MINUTES OF LOW IMPACT CARDIO FOLLOWED BY A 30 MINUTE INTENSE STRETCH CLASS.

11:00 AM - SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC With Donna - MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RAGE OF MOTION

5:30 - 6:30 PM - STEP AEROBICS WITH JENNIFER - ONE HOUR OF HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING AND STEP AEROBICS. FOCUSES ON INCREASING CARDIOVASCULAR,

CORE, & MAJOR MUSCLE STRENGTH & ENDURANCE. FOR ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS.

8:00am - Yoga - Sandra Parker (video Class)


7:00 pm-8:00pm  - karate (Class Fee) 


WEDNESDAY

8:00AM - WALK IT OUT - LED BY SANDRA PARKER (VIDEO CLASS)

11:00 am - SILVER SNEAKER CLASSIC - MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION

6:00 - 7:30 PM - Coming in May - body 4 Believers - Nutrition Class (free to public)
